<p>It is being reported that Australian pop star, #KylieMinogue has officially won her legal battle against #KylieJenner! The reality star attempted to trademark &#8220;Kylie&#8221; in the U.S. for &#8220;advertising services&#8221; and &#8220;endorsement services,&#8221; however, she&#8217;s super late to the party. Minogue, who has sold 65 million records throughout her 30-year career, has beat Jenner to the punch! </p>
<p>Minogue has long been known as just &#8220;Kylie&#8221; which is why, according to Billboard, the singer&#8217;s legal team &#8220;filed a notice of opposition citing possible confusion and &#8216;damage&#8217; to her branding.&#8221; The Shade is that these same documents list Jenner as a &#8220;secondary reality television personality” who appeared as “a supporting character” on Keeping Up With the Kardashians. Bloop! </p>
<p>So far, it is known that the Patent Office rejected Kylie Jenner&#8217;s application and that her legal team has filed an appeal. Considering that Kylie Minogue&#8217;s career alone is older than Miss Jenner, the battle is probably not in the reality star&#8217;s favor. </p>
<p>Fun fact: Kylie Minogue is kinda like the Australian Madonna. Their careers started around the same time and they both have managed to slay the entire time!</p>
