Lamar Odom has been very candid about his previous relationships with two very famous women, and he also hasn’t held back when it comes to asking for their forgiveness. The former NBA star briefly dated Taraji P. Henson before entering his marriage with Khloe Kardashian.
Since his divorce from KoKo, Lamar has made many public apologies to his ex-wife and has even said that he wanted make amends with her. Despite those claims, Lammy recently sat down with Page Six and revealed that he would get back together with Taraji over Khloe.
Taraji man, Taraji. ‘Cause she’s black. No because I love Taraji. It’s a love thing. It’s about who you love. I’m playing but, you know.”
Lamar and Taraji dated in back in 2009. He mentioned Taraji’s success and “skillful” nature in her career as an actress as one of the reasons for possibly shooting his shot again. In his 2019 memoir ‘Darkness to Light,’ Odom revealed that him and Henson “started secretly dating and quickly fell in love.”
Taraji is a cool girl. Matter fact she’s here and I get to see her at the BET Awards, shoot my shot again. I think the difference is probably how they grew up–their upbringing, which makes people different, the way they view things and see things. I think Taraji is more skillful in what she does as an actress compared to what Khloe does.
As we previously reported, Lamar starred on the latest season of ‘Celebrity Big Brother,’ and during his time in the house, he reflected on his relationship with Khloe Kardashian on multiple occasions. He also made commentary about their failed marriage and KoKo’s relationship with Tristan Thompson on social media.
