<p><strong>Larsa Pippen</strong> says she&#8217;s &#8220;traumatized&#8221; and &#8220;embarrassed&#8221; by <strong>Michael Jordan&#8217;s</strong> comments where he appears to disapprove of her relationship with his son, <strong>Marcus</strong>.</p>

<h3 style="text-align: center;">Larsa Says She Was &#8220;Embarrassed,&#8221; &#8220;Traumatized&#8221; After Michael Jordan&#8217;s Public Disapproval</h3>
<p>The 49-year-old “Real Housewives of Miami” star discussed the fallout with Jordan, 60. over her relationship with his 32-year-old son during a recent episode of the couple&#8217;s &#8216;<a href="https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/father-knows-best/id1691722244?i=1000620722365" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong>Separation Anxiety</strong></a>&#8216; podcast. The episode is titled &#8220;Father Knows Best.&#8221;</p>
<p>The couple discussed the NBA legend&#8217;s recent encounter with paparazzi, where he said he disapproves of his son&#8217;s relationship with the “Real Housewives of Miami” star, as reported by <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/michael-jordan-marcus-jordan-larsa-pippen-no-dating-approval/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong>The Shade Room</strong></a> last week.</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;You thought it was funny,&#8221; Larsa told Marcus during the podcast episode. &#8220;I didn’t think it was funny. There is nothing funny about it… I kinda felt like it went everywhere and I was kind of embarrassed.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p>The reality TV star had caught some flack after her comments on &#8216;<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ym5KCRZmL78" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong>The Tamron Hall Show</strong></a>&#8216; in March. At the time, Larsa said the couple had Jordan&#8217;s blessing, and their families were getting along well, adding to the embarrassment.</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;It literally went everywhere,&#8221; Larsa said. &#8220;I think people started to think that online they were saying that I was lying — that I lied and said that our parents are fine because I was doing interviews and saying both of our families are fine.&#8221;</p></blockquote>

<h3 style="text-align: center;">Larsa Believes Jordan Has A Problem With Her Ex, His Former Teammate, Scottie Pippen</h3>
<p>Pippen went on to conjecture as to what MJ&#8217;s problem is with her. She said, &#8220;It (is) probably awkward for my ex (Scottie Pippen) and your dad because they have their own relationship or whatever it was.&#8221;</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;I wasn’t a part of that, you weren’t a part of that. So I feel like for them it probably is weird, it probably is weird for your dad. I can’t be mad. I understand… Oh my god, I was traumatized,&#8221; she said. &#8220;I was like what are we going to do, people think I lied.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p>Larsa’s divorce from Pippen, 57, was finalized in December 2021, according to <a href="https://www.usmagazine.com/celebrity-news/news/larsa-pippen-scottie-pippen-finalize-divorce-after-over-3-years/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong>U.S. Magazine</strong></a>. She filed in 2018 after reconciling with the former Chicago Bull following a breakup in 2016, the outlet reports.</p>
<p>The eldest of their four children, 22-year-old Scotty Jr., is barely a decade younger than his mother&#8217;s current paramour.</p>
<h3 style="text-align: center;">Marcus Jordan Comes To Father&#8217;s Defense, Says He Texted Him Right After Paparazzi Encounter</h3>
<p>If you recall, Michael Jordan caused quite a stir on social media earlier this month after telling the paparazzi, &#8220;No!&#8221; followed by laughter when asked if he approves of Marcus&#8217; relationship with Larsa.</p>

<p>Meanwhile, Marcus attempted to explain away his father&#8217;s seemingly calloused response to their relationship. He claimed Jordan had likely enjoyed too much of his Cincoro tequila when answering the reporter&#8217;s question.</p>
<p>Marcus added that his dad texted him right after the incident with the paparazzi. He reportedly assured his son that he did not seriously mean it.</p>
