In this monumental role&comma; Sandra is the first Black female to hold the position of team president in NFL history&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>In a letter from the Las Vegas Review-Journal&comma; Sandra addressed the team&comma; saying&comma; &&num;8220&semi;I look forward to meeting each of you in person over the coming weeks&period;&&num;8221&semi; Sandra has an amazing work history&period; Reports show that she was vice-chair of the Las Vegas Super Bowl host committee before her new role with the Raiders&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Sis was getting to the bag&excl; Sandra was also the former chairwoman of the Nevada Gaming Control Board&comma; a position she held from 2019 to 2021&period; In addition&comma; Sandra also served as a city attorney for Las Vegas from 2013 to 2016 and as a litigation attorney from MGM International&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Sandra&&num;8217&semi;s hire marks the third Raiders team president in less than a year&period; In her role&comma; she will be tasked with stabilizing the Raiders amid complaints about owner Mark Davis and his workplace behavior&period; If you&&num;8217&semi;re unfamiliar with the drama in May&comma; former Raiders president Dan Ventrelle says he was fired for reporting hostile work environment claims to the NFL&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Dan told the Las Vegas Review-Journal that he ignored the concerns once he reported the claims to Mark Davis&period;
