<p>On Tuesday, Latto was revealed as Cosmopolitan&#8217;s latest cover star. In an <a href="https://www.cosmopolitan.com/entertainment/celebs/a44052137/latto-interview-2023/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">exclusive interview</a>, the rapper candidly shared more details regarding her &#8220;BBL&#8221; and &#8220;360 lipo&#8221; procedures.</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;I got a BBL in 2020. I also got 360 lipo. That’s on my stomach, back, sides, and whole torso.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p>Despite the procedure, the rapper explained that she still has to work hard to &#8220;maintain&#8221; her shape.</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;But then you’ve got to maintain it. So I just hired a trainer&#8230;&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p>Furthermore, she explained that she considered getting a second round of surgery. However, she then decided against it.</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;I tweeted the other day that I was almost going to get a round two of surgery and then I was like, let me just get a trainer instead. If you look on my Instagram, you’ll see I’ve always worked out—before and after the surgery. But I will leave early or not push myself as hard. Having a trainer holds you accountable.&#8221;</p></blockquote>

<h3 style="text-align: center;">Latto Previously Dished About Her &#8220;Plastic Surgery&#8221; But Also Shared A Warning</h3>
<p>As <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/listicle/latto-admits-plastic-surgery/#3" target="_blank" rel="noopener">The Shade Room</a> previously reported, Latto confirmed her plastic surgery history during a previous episode of her &#8216;777&#8217; radio show. During the episode, the rapper discussed the experience with her sister, Brooklyn Nikole.</p>
<p>She explained that she &#8220;got a little work done&#8221; on her body. However, her sister replied by explaining that no one would even know.</p>
<blockquote><p>“A lot of people don’t even know that because you just look so good.”</p></blockquote>
<p>Latto then explained that she looks &#8220;natural&#8221; because she went about the procedure the &#8220;right&#8221; way.</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;Because a b***h be looking natural. Because — this one thing about it — if you going to do it, do it right. I’m going to do it right. I did it right…&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p>Despite this, the rapper discouraged her sister and listeners from being pressured into plastic surgery. Instead, she encouraged his listeners to &#8220;find peace&#8221; within their &#8220;natural state.&#8221;</p>

I’m telling you from someone who’s been there, done it — find peace within your natural state. Because you’re going to find a flaw and another flaw and another flaw and another flaw. Surgery, any of that stuff is not a permanent fix&#8230; If you want to tweaky tweak, go for it. But make sure it’s for <em>you</em>…&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p>The rapper then ended her statements by encouraging listeners not to be &#8220;gullible&#8221; to the opinion of social media.</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;Don’t be so gullible for the social media traps and whatever, because you never going to be good enough for the outsider’s eye.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
