<p>A newly surfaced lawsuit alleges <strong>Chris Brown</strong> beat a man unconscious in a nightclub earlier this year. <strong>Abe Diaw</strong> filed the legal docs against the singer, <a href="https://www.tmz.com/2023/10/26/chris-brown-sued-alleged-nightclub-beatdown-london/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">per TMZ</a>.</p>
<p>In February, Diaw says Brown approached him at a London nightclub, TAPE. Since they&#8217;ve allegedly known each other for seven years, Diaw said he initially believed Chris Brown was coming in for a hug.</p>
<p>Instead, Diaw claims, <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/chris-brown-claps-back-kiely-williams-criticizing-collab-chloe-bailey/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Brown smacked</a> him with a liquor bottle three times. The lawsuit states that Brown used the Don Julio 1942 tequila bottle to deliver &#8220;crushing blows&#8221; over Diaw&#8217;s head.</p>

<p>Abe Diaw reportedly claims the bottle blows knocked him unconscious. However, the &#8220;Say Goodbye&#8221; singer allegedly did not stop the physical attack, stomping on Abe as he lay on the nightclub floor.</p>
<p>The <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/phaedra-parks-brandi-glanville-assault-lawsuit-bravo/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">lawsuit says</a> the entire encounter was captured on club surveillance cameras. Furthermore, Diaw claims local police have the footage and that Brown is a fugitive in the United Kingdom &#8212; though that has not been publicly confirmed. Nonetheless, Diaw says he can identify Chris Brown as his alleged attacker in said footage.</p>
<p>TMZ&#8217;s report on Thursday (Oct. 26) did not include any alleged footage.</p>

<h3 style="text-align: center;">Man Suing Chris Brown Says Injuries Landed Him In Hospital</h3>
<p>Following the incident, Abe Diaw says he was <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/12-year-old-georgia-girl-hospitalized-fire-challenge-tiktok/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">treated at a hospital</a> for injuries. Lawsuit docs describe cuts on the accuser&#8217;s head and torn leg ligaments. Currently, no photos of the alleged injuries are available to the public.</p>
<p>However, Diaw says the injuries &#8220;may be permanent,&#8221; per TMZ. Additionally, the man claims he is suffering from &#8220;emotional distress and trauma.&#8221;</p>
<p>Abe Diaw is seeking damages from Brown, but the reporting outlet did not provide the amount details.</p>
<p>The incident between Abe and Chris allegedly occurred before another highly publicized tussle involving the singer. In May, <a href="https://hollywoodunlocked.com/hu-exclusive-chris-brown-and-crew-allegedly-jumped-usher-during-skate-party-in-las-vegas/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">circulating reports claimed</a> that Brown and his team got into a physical altercation with Usher over an incident involving Teyana Taylor. None of the stars publicly commented on the alleged skate party incident.</p>
<p>However, at the time, <a href="https://www.tmz.com/2023/05/06/chris-brown-arguing-usher-video-fight-jumped-vegas/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">TMZ reported</a> that Usher emerged with a bloody nose after he followed Chris Brown out of the venue. Days later, both singers performed at Lovers &; Friends Fest without any public incidents between them.</p>
