<p>Roommates, following the shocking assault of her daughter at North Atlanta High School last week, “Love &; Hip Hop Atlanta” star <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/love-hip-hop-atlanta-star-sierra-gates-says-her-daughter-was-physically-assaulted-by-a-student-her-mother-at-an-atlanta-high-school/">Sierra Gates</a> has exclusively given us a statement on how she and her family are doing following such a horrific incident.</p>
<p>Sierra told us in an exclusive statement:</p>
<p><em> “This has been one of the most trying and challenging time of my life, especially as a mother. To hear your child literally screaming on the phone that a grown woman is trying to attack her is the worst feeling in the world. Especially knowing that’s it’s happening at school, a place where she is supposed to feel safe. Something like this should have never ever happened! The old me would have took it to the street but I know that will only escalate the situation. We are moving forward with taking legal action and will be pressing charges because there needs to be justice for my daughter, it hurts my heart knowing there’s nothing that I can say to her, buy her, or do for her that will truly change how this experience has forever affected her.”</em></p>
<p>Sierra continued, adding:</p>
<p><em>“When I saw the video that has been going around it made me even more disgusted because the lady admits that my daughter is a sweet girl! There is no excuse or justification for her actions, it’s just sad and I wouldn’t wish this on nobody’s child.”</em></p>

<p>As we previously reported, Sierra’s daughter was <a href="https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&;rct=j&;q=&;esrc=s&;source=web&;cd=1&;cad=rja&;uact=8&;ved=2ahUKEwiy5cbyuaznAhUCXqwKHZZVAXUQFjAAegQIAxAB&;url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ajc.com%2Fnews%2Fcrime--law%2Flove-hip-hop-star-parent-helped-attack-daughter-high-school-bathroom%2FXi6C89QcT4lG5MHyBygvjI%2F&;usg=AOvVaw0AZUuL8TX0Gn7uYDOl54lX">physically assaulted</a> by a classmate at North Atlanta High School, as well as the student’s mother, while on school grounds. The mother turned herself in to authorities and is facing charges for her role in the attack. Meanwhile, the student has not been charged by police, however the Atlanta school district is currently conducting an investigation and once it’s complete, the student will face disciplinary action.</p>
