<p data-pm-slice="0 0 []"><strong>Over the weekend, <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/woman-claims-lil-durk-is-the-father-of-her-7-year-old-son-video/">Lil Durk</a> and his girlfriend, India Cox, were victims of a home invasion at their Georgia home. DJ Akademiks was the first to share the news online. While live streaming, he claimed that there was a heavy police presence at Durk &; India’s home in the Chateau Elan neighborhood of Braselton, which is an hour outside of Atlanta. Akademiks claimed that the couple’s home was possibly raided due to an investigation about a shooting and other crimes.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Ak claimed he received the information from neighbors and people who live in Durk’s gated community, adding that the FBI was trying to execute a search warrant. </strong><strong>More details of the situation have since come to light. According to reports from TMZ, it appears that there was a shootout at the residence that is now being investigated. The reports state that unidentified men broke into the couple&#8217;s home Sunday around 5 am when shots were let off.</strong></p>
<p><strong>The Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) states that Durk and India discharged their firearms as well but were not injured during the incident. </strong>Not much information is known about the men who allegedly attacked the couple. The GBI is currently asking the public to come forward with tips to help them during the investigation and lead to making an arrest.</p>
<p>Durk has been pretty low-key on social media since the incident occurred. He hasn’t posted much but did hop on the ‘gram to promote his upcoming show with Lil Baby. Also, he took the time to repost a video from Summer Walker after she revealed that his vocals came back for a possible upcoming collaboration.</p>
