<p data-pm-slice="1 1 []"><a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/reginae-carter-talks-about-her-breast-implants-i-loved-myself-before-the-boobs-and-i-love-myself-after/">Reginae Carter</a> has been going hard the whole month of November, or Naevember, as she called it while preparing for her 22nd birthday. The daughter of rapper Lil Wayne had a lavish 99 &; 2000&#8217;s themed birthday party at Republic Lounge in Atlanta.</p>
<p>Reginae had some of everyone wondering where their invites were as she built up so much anticipation for the event. Throughout the month, she dropped photos remaking albums from the decade. She remade Hot Boys “22 Warfare” album cover, B.G. “ Chopper City In The Ghetto,” Foxy Brown’s “Broken Silence,” and Eve’s “Scorpion,” but added her own twist to it.</p>
<p>It was only right she saved the best for last. She remade her father, Lil Wayne’s album cover, “<a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/CIL7UNiBYpu/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link">The Block Is Hot</a>,” but changed it to “The Bday is Hot.” She didn’t stop there. She even had a billboard in Atlanta wishing her a happy birthday.</p>
<p>Some of everyone was spotted out Sunday night in their best 99 &; 2000’s attire to celebrate, including her parents, Toya Johnson and Lil Wayne. Toya took it back dressed in a Baby Phat Jean jumpsuit and finished the look with flipped hair. Kandi Burruss-Tucker dressed as Lil Kim and her husband Todd Tucker came through with the XXL white tall tee. Bandhunta Izzy and his pregnant girlfriend Zonnique kept it simple with airbrushed T-shirts.</p>
<p>Reginae showed off her new body in a three-piece camouflage set that definitely turned heads! No birthday party is complete without the perfect gift! Toya caught Reginae being surprised when she was gifted a Diamond Cartier watch from her father. Now it’s unclear how much he spent on the watch, but nothing is too much when it comes to Reginae, and we all know Lil Wayne has the coins.</p>
