#LilWayne has had it up to HERE with Birdman, y’all! The rapper has reportedly petitioned to have #YoungMoney Records dissolved as a part of his ongoing feud with the record exec.
According to The Blast, Weezy filed documents to either “appoint a receiver to supervise the operations of Young Money Label joint venture or order the termination of Young Money Label joint venture and appoint a liquidator.” Birdman has contested to request, citing that Lil Wayne has no legal right to shut down the company especially since he’s still under contract with them.
If you remember, Weezy filed a lawsuit against Birdman for $51 million in unpaid royalties and for full ownership of Drake and Nicki Minaj. They have yet to reach an agreement and until they do, Wayne will probably continue to drag Birdman’s name through the mud.
