According to &#8220;family sources&#8221; speaking exclusively with <a href="https://www.tmz.com/2023/01/12/lisa-marie-presley-dead-dies-cardiac-arrest/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">TMZ</a>, Presley was pronounced dead at a Los Angeles area hospital on Thursday.</p>

<h3 style="text-align: center;">Lisa Marie Presley Suffered Cardiac Arrest And Was Rushed To The Hospital</h3>
<p>According to <a href="https://www.tmz.com/2023/01/12/lisa-marie-presley-rushed-to-hospital-cardiac-arrest/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">TMZ</a>, Presley&#8217;s housekeeper found her unresponsive in her bedroom around 1:43 p.m. on Thursday. Around the same time, Presley&#8217;s ex-husband Danny Keough returned home from taking their children to school. And he performed CPR on Presley until paramedics arrived.</p>
<p>Once paramedics arrived, they were reportedly able to regain a pulse from the 54-year-old. She was then transported to the hospital.</p>

<p>Later that afternoon, Lisa Marie Presley&#8217;s mother, <a href="https://www.instagram.com/priscillapresley/?hl=en" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Priscilla Presley</a>, arrived at the hospital to be with her daughter. The matriach also shared an update about her daughter&#8217;s condition on Instagram.</p>

<p>Presley was taken to the Intensive Care Unit and was placed on life support with a temporary pacemaker, as reported by <a href="https://www.tmz.com/2023/01/12/lisa-marie-presley-critical-condition-life-support-coma-cardiac-arrest/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">TMZ</a>. Sources added that the 54-year-old was &#8220;in an induced coma and in critical condition.&#8221;</p>

<p>According to sources, it was discovered that Presley had complained of stomach pains earlier that morning. And noted that the pain got stronger and stronger. The source was reportedly emphatic to note that &#8220;this was NOT a suicide attempt&#8221; made by Presley.</p>

<p>Lisa Marie Presley was born exactly nine months after her parents, Elvis Presley and Priscilla Presley, tied the knot, as reported by <a href="https://www.tmz.com/2023/01/12/lisa-marie-presley-dead-dies-cardiac-arrest/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">TMZ</a>.</p>

She and her mother arrived hand in hand and watched actor Austin Butler win an award for his portrayal of her father Elvis Presley in the film <em>Elvis</em>.</p>
