<p>Today marks <strong>Drake</strong>&#8216;s 37th trip around the sun, and the time is ripe to reflect on just how far the rapper has come throughout his time in the spotlight!</p>
<p>As a result, we&#8217;re checking out some of the various eras that Drizzy has served up over the years.</p>
<p>Buckle up because we&#8217;re taking a Drake-centered trip down memory lane!</p>

<p>Going through chronological order, we <em>have </em>to start by taking it back to Drake&#8217;s <em>Degrassi: The Next Generation </em>days.</p>
<p>Drake starred as a full-time cast member in the first seven seasons, and his character exited after making a brief appearance in the eighth season, which aired from 2008–2009.</p>
<p>Given that his character was a wheelchair user due to an <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bV-K9CTQHhY" target="_blank" rel="noopener">at-school gun incident</a>, he brought attention to the ongoing firearm epidemic while having a firm place in many <em>Degrassi </em>fans&#8217; hearts.</p>

<p>Taking it to 2009-2010, we have Drake beginning to make big moves in the industry.</p>
<p>From doin&#8217; his thang on &#8220;Bedrock&#8221; to creating &#8220;Houstatlantavegas,&#8221; &#8220;Best I Ever Had,&#8221; &#8220;Over,&#8221; and &#8220;Fancy,&#8221; the Toronto-bred rapper unveiled noteworthy bops that had a lasting impact on his loyal fan base.</p>

<h3 style="text-align: center;"><em>Take Care </em>&; <em>NWTS </em>Stardom</h3>
<p>Drake changed the game in 2011 after dropping <em>Take Care</em>. It spawned hits like its eponymous track and other bops like &#8220;Marvins Room,&#8221; &#8220;Headlines,&#8221; and &#8220;Crew Love.&#8221;</p>
<p>The project was an <em>instant </em>classic that continues to get put in rotation. He followed it up with <em>Nothing Was The Same </em>in 2013 — producing tracks like &#8220;From Time&#8221; and &#8220;Wu-Tang Forever.&#8221;</p>
<p>From the iconic cover art to the emotive bops, these projects firmly cemented Drake as a noteworthy, big-time music star who continually <em>served </em>with his output.</p>
