Roddy Ricch and his ex-girlfriend Alexandra Kiser have taken the legal route to solidifying their child custody and support terms. The former couple are parents to a three-year-old named Kadence Moore–Roddy’s first child and son.

Alexandra, also known as Allie Kay, demanded sole custody and $20,000 in monthly child support when she filed earlier this year. However, per recent court documents obtained by Radar Online, Allie will receive a lump sum slightly exceeding her initial ask. The rapper reportedly agreed to pay $24,000 in temporary child support to cover April, May, and June financial assistance.

The lump sum, about $8,000 monthly, will be credited towards future child support payments or orders. Roddy and Alexandra reportedly notified the court about their temporary agreement.

Additionally, the parents agreed to push back their May 23 hearing to August 15. In the meantime, Radar Online claims Ricch and Allie will attempt to hash out their terms in a voluntary settlement conference rather than in front of a judge.
