<p>Roommates, as we celebrate Juneteenth this year like never before, it also means that some of your favorite celebrities are also joining in. <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/lizzo-addresses-white-people-regarding-racism-as-long-as-you-stay-silent-you-are-part-of-the-problem/">Lizzo</a> recently posted a video to Instagram and made a special Juneteenth-related announcement about donating—wearing only floor-length hair extensions to cover her private parts.</p>
<p>Lizzo is making sure that her Juneteenth 2020 is <a href="https://people.com/music/lizzo-celebrating-juneteenth-silent-auction-raffle/">celebrated</a> in a “major way”—by calling on all her fans to “give back to Black organizations and businesses.” In a video posted to her Instagram account, Lizzo was partially nude, surrounded by candles and sitting on a flight of stairs—only covered by very lengthy hair extensions.</p>
<p>Lizzo had this to say about Juneteenth:</p>
<p><em>“Not only are we celebrating a Black American holiday, but I&#8217;m holding a silent auction and a raffle so we can give back to Black organizations and businesses — specifically in Twin Cities. So go to lizzolovesyou.com to sign up to have an interactive experience with me — whether virtual or on the road, depending on the future of COVID — and also participate in a silent auction with some of my favorite people and artists,&#8221; she added, urging viewers to &#8220;celebrate Juneteenth by giving back to Black.”</em></p>
