Back in October of last year, Lori Harvey was involved in a hit and run incident, and now it looks like she has officially been charged.
According to TMZ, the L.A. County District Attorney’s Office reveals she has been charged with one count of resisting/delaying/obstructing a peace officer, and one count of hit and run resulting in property damage. She is reportedly facing one year behind bars.
She is reportedly expected to be arraigned later this month. As we previously reported, an eyewitness reportedly claims that Lori drove her vehicle into another vehicle, causing her vehicle to flip while driving in Beverly Hills.
She reportedly tried to leave the scene following the incident, but police found her walking down the street a short distance from the scene. Witnesses reportedly told police that they saw Lori texting and driving before the incident occurred.
At the moment, Lori is currently celebrating her 23rd birthday with her family and friends in Jamacia. Over the weekend, her and Future started to trend as they seemingly confirmed their relationship on Instagram. Lori posted a video of her and Future as they sat in the backseat of the car, and he gave her a kiss on the cheek.
For some time it has been rumored that the two of them have been dating, and it looks like they are finally ready to go public.
