<p>It looks like Lori Harvey will not be facing any time behind bars when it comes to her hit-and-run case.</p>
<p>According to <em><a href="https://www.tmz.com/2020/11/08/lori-harvey-hit-and-run-crash-case-probation/">TMZ</a></em>, a court official revealed that earlier this week Lori appeared in court and took a plea deal with prosecutors. She had originally pled no contest to one misdemeanor count of resisting arrest. Through her deal, Lori has been sentenced to two years of probation.</p>
<p>As previously reported, back in January, Lori was charged for the hit-and-run incident, which took place last October. She allegedly smashed her G-Wagon into another car causing her car to flip on its side.</p>
<p>She allegedly attempted to get away from the scene and authorities found her walking not too far from the scene.</p>
<p>As we <em><a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/lori-harvey-pleads-not-guilty-in-criminal-hit-and-run-case-update/">previously</a></em> reported, the charges against her were two misdemeanor charges, one count of resisting/delaying/obstructing a peace officer, and one count of hit-and-run resulting in property damage. When she entered her not guilty plea she was facing at least a year in jail had she been convicted of the charges.</p>
<p>The incident occurred after she held a big birthday celebration in Jamacia with family and friends. That was also the same trip that she and Future became Instagram official.</p>
<p>If you recall, we last reported that both Lori and Future sparked breakup rumors when it people noticed that they unfollowed each other on Instagram.</p>
<p>Things became a little more clear when a Roommates alleged that she saw Lori kicking it with <em><a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/lori-harveys-out-here-mingling-in-miami-with-akons-brother-roommate-talk/">Akon&#8217;s brother Bu</a> </em>down in Miami.</p>
