<p>MAC Cosmetics has unveiled a limited edition makeup collection inspired by the late singer <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/first-official-trailer-drops-for-upcoming-whitney-houston-biopic-i-wanna-dance-with-somebody/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Whitney Houston</a>.</p>

<p>According to <a href="https://www.allure.com/story/whitney-houston-mac-makeup-collection" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Allure</a>, the Canadian cosmetics manufacturer worked alongside Houston&#8217;s estate to ensure each product was an accurate reflection of the icon&#8217;s &#8220;beauty preferences.&#8221;</p>
<p>A quote from Pat Houston, executor of the Estate of Whitney E. Houston, was shared with the outlet via an exclusive press release.</p>
<blockquote><p>Whitney was always a champion of women feeling beautiful, whether it was a major event or just for everyday wear. Our work with MAC is about creating a line that can meet all of those needs. The line will be true to the eye and lip colors that she loved to work with.</p></blockquote>

<p>The collection consists of 12 products, each packaged in metallic gold. According to <a href="https://www.allure.com/story/whitney-houston-mac-makeup-collection" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Allure</a>, most of the products include the name &#8220;Nippy&#8221; — Houston&#8217;s childhood nickname.</p>

<p>Houston fans can choose from a range of lipstick shades which include &#8220;Nippy&#8217;s Moody Nude,&#8221; a brownish pink-beige. &#8220;Nippy&#8217;s Rose,&#8221; a pearly coral-pink. &#8220;Nippy&#8217;s Feisty Red,&#8221; a bold brick red. And &#8220;Nippy&#8217;s Sensual Red,&#8221; a deep plum-red matte.</p>
<p>&#8220;Whitney loved working with colors on the lips and eyes – that iconic red lip was always a favorite of hers,&#8221; Pat Houston shared.</p>
<p>According to <a href="https://www.allure.com/story/whitney-houston-mac-makeup-collection" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Allure</a>, the collection also features Lipglasses in gold and copper shades. As well as the Extra Dimension Skinfinish in &#8220;Just Whitney,&#8221; a golden bronze. For the eyes, fans can pick up Whitney&#8217;s Nippy Eye-Conic Palette. It features eight shades perfect for everyday wear to ultra-glam. The collection also includes mascara, blush, and a gold clutch bag.</p>
