Police have taken Kadian Nelson into custody after being connected to an alleged rape of a teenage girl in South London.
Yesterday we reported a young woman who shared a video on social media that her younger sister had witnessed a young girl abducted while on her way to school. She detailed the incident and claimed that the man was seen moving quickly with his hand over the young girls mouth.
