People do some crazy things for money, but this one is on the verge of taking the cake!!! A man decided to dress up like an Apple employee worker and managed to steal 19 iPhones!
According to LoveBScott, the thief wore a blue shirt with the Apple imprinted logo like the rest of the Apple employees. He walked straight into the retailer’s Soho location in NYC and headed right for the electronics repair room like it was nothing.
The man stole the iPhones from one of the draws in the room, worth a whopping $16,130 dollars! He apparently wasn’t on his own either, he handed the stolen merchandise over to another thief and went out the store to go about the rest of his day!

Police said the thief “dressed similarly” to store employees — who usually wear blue T-shirts imprinted with an Apple logo — and walked right into an electronics repair room at about 5:30 p.m. on June 1.
The man grabbed 19 iPhones from a drawer inside the room, worth a total of $16,130, then handed them over to another thief. That man hid the phones under his shirt, and the pair walked out of the store.
Police were still investigating the incident.
