<h3 style="text-align: center;">The Singer Gave Her Firstborn A Back-To-School Message: &#8220;I Am Black Boy Joy&#8221;</h3>
<p>On Friday (Aug. 18), Kelly shared an <a href="https://www.instagram.com/reel/CwFx8MoAK2E/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&;igshid=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Instagram post</a> to show how she utilized a bathroom mirror to share a sweet message for her firstborn, <strong>Titan</strong>, before his first day of school.</p>
<p>She said she got the urge to leave a message for him, and she wanted to impart something that &#8220;would ring so loud for him&#8221; during his &#8220;moments of self-doubt.&#8221; Kelly Rowland added that she hopes that Titan is <strong><em>&#8220;able to kind of make it a mantra for himself.&#8221;</em></strong></p>
<p>As far as what Kelly wrote, she read her message aloud for viewers to hear.</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;I am wonderfully made by God. I am kind. I am loved. I make good decisions. I am smart. I am Black boy joy. I can do all things. God said so.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p>Within her caption, she penned <strong><em>&#8220;I AM&#8221;</em></strong> before noting, <strong><em>&#8220;A daily reminder for our babies!!&#8221; </em></strong>We love to see it!</p>

<h3 style="text-align: center;">Kelly Rowland Says She Continues To Gain Insights On Motherhood &#8220;Every Single Day&#8221;</h3>
<p>While on the subject of Kelly Rowland and parenting, we have to note that she&#8217;s been open and honest about how the journey is an impactful learning experience.</p>
<p>During an appearance on <em><a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zVgWGgYTgB4" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Tamron Hall</a> </em>earlier this year, the &#8220;Motivation&#8221; singer acknowledged how she continues to gain insight &#8220;every single day&#8221; regarding &#8220;the mother that [she] want[s] to be.&#8221;</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;Every single day, I&#8217;m learning about the mother that I want to be for them.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p>While elaborating, Kelly explained that she&#8217;s opening her eyes to what &#8220;cycles&#8221; she aspires to &#8220;break.&#8221;</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;When I was a kid, there&#8217;s certain things that my mom different with me. I&#8217;m still learning about cycles that I want to break.&#8221;</p></blockquote>

<p>We should also add that, during a sit-down with <a href="https://www.ebony.com/kelly-rowland-on-life-as-a-busy-mom-and-why-patience-is-the-real-key-to-parenthood/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Ebony</a> in May 2023, Kelly acknowledged that it&#8217;s important to &#8220;ask for help or advice,&#8221; as people &#8220;don&#8217;t know it all.&#8221;</p>
<p>She also discussed the importance of parents receiving &#8220;grace&#8221; and being patient with themselves.</p>

It&#8217;s an essential, and you have to have it with kids, especially as they&#8217;re figuring everything out. I also have to have patience with myself to know that I won&#8217;t know everything every single time, and that I have to give myself grace.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
