<p><strong>Kenya Moore</strong>&#8216;s estranged husband, <strong>Marc Daly</strong>, is reportedly taking issue with the <em><a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/nene-leakes-return-real-housewives-of-atlanta-rhoa/?_gl=1*1eoj1p0*_up*MQ..*_ga*MTM1OTIzMzczLjE2ODkxNzYwMDY.*_ga_V2HX8YP3XL*MTY4OTE4MDIxOS4yLjAuMTY4OTE4MDIxOS4wLjAuMA.." target="_blank" rel="noopener">Real Housewives of Atlanta</a> </em>star having their daughter, <strong>Brooklyn</strong>, in the vicinity of an on-camera altercation.</p>
<p>As a result, he&#8217;s allegedly calling for the court to find the Miss USA titleholder in contempt.</p>

<h3 style="text-align: center;">The Matter Reportedly Stems From Marlo Hampton, Causing A Scene In Birmingham</h3>
<p>According to <a href="https://radaronline.com/p/kenya-moore-ex-husband-marc-daly-demand-contempt-divorce-war-brooklyn-rhoa-fight-custody/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Radar Online</a>, Marc Daly recently filed court documents over the matter, which stems from an <em>RHOA </em>argument breaking out near Brooklyn.</p>
<p>For context, the incident in question went down in Birmingham, Alabama, earlier this season. After Kenya retired to her room with Brooklyn for the evening, co-stars <strong>Marlo Hampton </strong>and <strong>Shereé Whitfield </strong>proceeded to bang on her door.</p>
<p>Marlo was particularly intent on disturbing Kenya as she unapologetically kicked the door while yelling Moore&#8217;s middle name. Eventually, Kenya responded by threatening to call the police. She also confirmed that Brooklyn was with her in the room.</p>

<p>We should add that Kenya later discussed how the Birmingham situation frightened Brooklyn.</p>
<p>Given how the situation played out, Marc Daly accuses Kenya of failing to uphold the judge&#8217;s stance.</p>
<p>Specifically, the judge previously declared that Brooklyn could be on <em>RHOA </em>because there was &#8220;no evidence&#8221; that Kenya would put Brooklyn in <em><strong>&#8220;any environment that might not be in the minor child’s best interest, or may in any way be considered dangerous or inappropriate.&#8221;</strong></em></p>

<h3 style="text-align: center;">Marc Daly Allegedly Lists Off Other Issues With Kenya Regarding Brooklyn</h3>
<p>On top of Marc Daly&#8217;s issue over their daughter being near an on-camera argument, Radar Online notes that he&#8217;s also accusing Kenya of failing to uphold other terms of their agreement regarding Brooklyn.</p>
<p>Specifically, he reportedly points out that a judge ordered Kenya to let Marc know &#8220;of any [economic] opportunity where the minor child will appear on camera.&#8221;</p>
<p>However, Daly says Moore had Brooklyn star in a Home Run Inn pizza commercial without having &#8220;any discussion&#8221; with him about the matter.</p>
