<p>It looks like Mariah Carey has settled her legal battle with her former manager, Stella Bulochnikov.</p>
<p>According to documents obtained by <em><a href="https://theblast.com/mariah-carey-settles-lawsuit-manager/">The Blast</a></em>, both Mariah and Stella have “reached and mutually agreed to a resolution of this matter. Stella has also agreed to “discontinue this action against Mariah Carey with prejudice, with each party to bear its own attorneys’ fees and costs.”</p>
<p>It was reported that Stella filed her initial document back in April, stating that the reason for her lawsuit will be a &#8220;breach of contract, violation of the U.S. Civil Rights Act, and a violation of the Fair Employment and Housing Act.&#8221; There is reportedly no word on what amount they actually settled on.</p>
<p>Sources reportedly told the site that Stella believed she was owed commission on the money she helped Mariah make during their time together. The source reportedly said the amount was a little more than $100 million for three years.</p>
<p>Mariah and Stella parted ways back in November 2017. They released a joint statement where they said they had “determined that it is in their mutual best interest to part ways on day-to-day management.”</p>
<p>Also in the statement, they said that they “remain partners in a number of business ventures, and will continue to support each other in those endeavors.”</p>
