<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We all know Mariah Carey can be queen of a lot of things; vocals, Christmas, shade. But you rarely ever see her address the petty things and when she does, she’s never crass.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">So, it became pretty obvious on New Year’s Eve (of all days) that her Twitter was hacked after it appeared her account tweeted some not so classy things, a few of which was directed and her former foe Eminem.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Her account posted dozens of tweets that were lewd and offensive, as well as racist and sexual in nature. Some of the tweets referred to the Chuckling Squad, a hacker group that took control of Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey’s account.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">“Eminem can still hold this p—y….” one of the tweets read. Another said, “Eminem has a little penis.”</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Twitter confirmed to <a href="https://deadline.com/2019/12/mariah-careys-twitter-account-hacked-and-filled-with-inappropriate-posts-1202819149/">Deadline</a> that Mariah Carey’s account was in fact hacked.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">“As soon as we were made aware of the issue, we locked the compromised account and are currently investigating the situation,” a company rep said in a statement.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Reps for Mariah did not immediately respond to a request for comment.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">But the tweets come at an interesting time after Mariah and Eminem’s feud was reignited earlier this month when Eminem dissed her and her ex-husband Nick Cannon on Fat Joe’s new album.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Em’s verse prompted Nick to release three Eminem diss tracks and even earned Eminem an invite to Nick&#8217;s Wild N&#8217; Out stage for a freestyle battle, which Nick&#8217;s team <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/nick-cannon-is-serious-about-battling-eminem-on-stage-or-in-the-ring-we-want-all-the-smoke-exclusive-details/">exclusively told The Shade Room</a> was very real.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Mariah did not publicly respond to any of it so we doubt that she would start on the last day of the year. We&#8217;ll keep you posted on any updates.</span></p>
