Things are starting to get messier between Matt Barnes and Gloria Govan. Just ahead of Labor Day weekend, Gloria was arrested for child endangerment, and it looks like things aren’t going to end there.
According to the Blast, Matt Barnes is reportedly going to ask a judge to strip Gloria of custody of their twin boys. He reportedly claims that she is putting their safety in danger. However, she is preparing to refute his claims.
A source with knowledge about the situation told the site that Barnes would be filing an “emergency motion in Los Angeles Wednesday morning asking a judge to give him full physical and legal custody of the kids.”
Barnes reportedly wants Gloria to be given a no-contact order, but if she’s given visitations, it has to be with a court-appointed monitor. In the documents, it asks that the court orders her to stay 100 yards away from him, their kids, and kids school.
As we previously reported, Gloria was arrested last week Friday for child endangerment after Matt was supposed to have them for the holiday weekend.
