<p>The divorce between Mel B and her estranged husband, Stephen Belafonte, is only becoming messier as time goes on.</p>
<p>Earlier this month Mel B got a restraining order against Belafonte and their former nanny, Lorraine Gilles after she claimed the two tried to sexually extort her with the sex tapes that three of them made.</p>
<p>She also claimed that Gilles allegedly got pregnant by Belafonte, and was later forced to get an abortion.</p>
<p>Now Lorraine Gilles is reportedly firing back at Mel B.</p>
<p>According to <em><a href="http://www.tmz.com/2017/04/21/mel-b-sued-nanny-lorraine-gilles-3-way-sex-belafonte-lawsuit-defmation/">TMZ</a></em>, Gilles filed a lawsuit claiming that Mel B defamed her with those allegations, and claims that it was all lies. According to the documents, Gilles reportedly says Mel B portrayed her as a &#8220;home wrecker, prostitute, and extortionist, maliciously describing Gilles as being impudent, unscrupulous, and exploitive.&#8221;</p>
<p>She reportedly also goes on to say that when she was 18, and a foreign exchange student, Mel B, and Stephen allegedly told her that they had an open marriage and that Mel B allegedly got her drunk and had a three-way. Gilles claims that she and Mel B had a sexual relationship that would go on for 7 years.</p>
<p>The lawsuit also claims “at no point did Gilles and Belafonte engage in any sexual acts without Brown&#8217;s knowledge or participation and at no point did Gilles and Belafonte represent to Brown that Gilles was pregnant with Belafonte&#8217;s child.&#8221;</p>
<p>When it comes to the sex tapes, Gilles claims that she does not have them in her possession, and it was usually Mel B behind the camera during the sexual encounters or she was involved in the three-ways.</p>
<p>As for the abortion, Gilles admitted to having a one-night stand with a man in West Hollywood, and Mel B was the one she assisted in when it came to getting the abortion, and she did not have sex with Belafonte for several months prior to her pregnancy.</p>
