<p>Recently Meek Mill and Milano&#8217;s baby boy Czar celebrated his first birthday, and it looks like the celebration is continuing.</p>
<p>Milano took to the gram to share that she gifted their baby boy a single-family investment property for his birthday. Although he is still young, she is setting him up to have a continuous income that&#8217;ll he&#8217;ll understand once he&#8217;s older. She shared photos of her and Czar and gave a little back story on the exact property she purchased as a gift.</p>
<p>She <em><a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/COvzWBtFJqq/">said</a></em>, &#8220;I purchased the property last month. Buying this property meant a lot to me because it&#8217;s 1 block up from the house I grew up in. Where I lived with my mom, grandma, aunt, cousin, and sister. We lived in a &#8216;Philadelphia public Housing Authority&#8217; house. We didn’t own. We use to get inspections and everything.&#8221;</p>
<p>Milano continued to say, &#8220;So for me to be able to buy a house that I use to walk past every day, that’s now in a newly improved gentrified community meant a lot to me. I know my grandma is so proud. I put it in a trust to my son as a gift for his first birthday. My baby is landlord he has tenants y’all lol. Since he was born I told him “KEYS OPEN DOORS.&#8221;</p>
