Minister Louis Farrakhan had a lot to say about Beyoncé and her “husbanger” Jay Z in an interview he had about the state of Hip Hop! And chile, you won’t believe some of the stuff he said!
Apparently the Minister thinks that as Beyoncé’s manager, not her husband, it is his job to keep her in line and covered. According to BET, Farrakhan thinks it is the man’s job to keep his woman in clothes and covered when in the public eye and specifically named Beyoncé and Jay Z when talking about how women tempt men and take their minds off of the Bible and Quran when they “disrobe” themselves.
He went on to say that he encourages Jay Z to clothe his wife and help her demonstrate their talent.
Nobody ever gets away with saying anything even remotely offensive to Queen Bey so as you have guessed you probably know the BeyHive read up on these comments and went into attack. Tweets and posts flooded Twitter with people calling out Farrakhan and his misogynistic comments. His mentions are probably still flooded with comments.
