Nas and Kelis just cant seem to get on the same page when it comes to the custody agreement of their 8-year-old son.
According to TMZ, the two are battling it out in court again, and its all over a Jewish holiday.
Nas filed legal docs asking the judge to penalize Kelis because she refused to let him take their son home. Kelis says her reasons for putting up such a fuss was because their son wanted to stay with her during Passover. Nas says it was his weekend plain and simple, holiday or not.
Nas also claims that this isnt the first time shes given him a hard time with their son. He said that one time when he went to her house to get their son, she screamed at him and told hi he couldnt take him. He also says that shes told him he couldnt pick up their son from school several times.
He wants Kelis to run him $22,000 for all lawyers bills hes had to pay when she allegedly doesnt adhere to their custody agreement.
