#Roommates, a few weeks ago we reported that #NayaRivera put the paws on her husband #RyanDorsey during Thanksgiving break. Well as a result of their domestic dispute, Naya has now filed divorce papers again, according to @blast!
For those who don’t know, Naya previously filed for divorce before. It was last year around this same time but she pulled the plug last minute. However this time around Naya seems to be very sure she wants out of her marriage. According to reports, the divorce docs cited “irreconcilable differences.”
Apparently Naya listed the date of the separation as November 24th, ironically just one day before she was arrested for hitting Ryan resulting in a misdemeanor domestic battery charge. Naya is asking for the judge to block either side from getting spousal support and is also asking for joint custody of their 2-year-old son Josey.
Hopefully sis can get it together and start the new year with better fortune!
