Better luck necks time for Charles Dion McDowell, aka Wide Neck guy as he has found himself behind bars once again. Charles initially went viral a couple of months ago when his mugshot went viral because of having a wide neck.
Neck Guy wasnt arrested on any new charges, his bond from a previous case was just revoked by his judge, @TMZ_TV reports. There currently isnt any word as to why that happened, but he will be behind bars until everythings figured out.
