<p>&#8220;13 Reasons Why,&#8221; is one of Netflix’s latest series that has gained immediate attention as it brought to light the action of teen suicide.</p>
<p>Some viewers agreed with the message of the series, while others thought the message was too strong for audiences.</p>
<p>Nonetheless, it has been announced, that the series, which is based on the book, “13 Reasons Why,” written by Jay Asher, will return for a second season.</p>
<p>According to <em><a href="http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/live-feed/13-reasons-why-renewed-season-2-at-netflix-1000888">The Hollywood Reporter</a></em>, the drama will return in 2018 for another 13 episodes. In season two the show &#8220;picks up in the aftermath of Hannah Baker&#8217;s death and the start of the characters&#8217; complicated journeys toward healing and recovery.&#8221;</p>
<p>Not too many details about the upcoming season have been revealed, but the show’s runner, Brian Yorkey, did say that Katherine Langford (Hannah Baker) would be back.</p>
<p>He said, &#8220;Hannah&#8217;s story is still very much not finished. She&#8217;s an integral part of whatever the next chapter of the story is, and she&#8217;s very much still at the center of it.&#8221;</p>
