Hell its room for everybody! Beyonce & JayZ have a new 45 million dollar palace!
As you probably know, the Carters were notified to leave their previous home. Not because they were broke, they just weren’t willing to pay the upped price.
Well its all good now because in search of a good place to raise Blue, Bey and Jay are now renting a $45 million Holmby Hills palace that was owned by ex-L.A. Dodgers owner Frank McCourt.
Damn, and we just out here everyday tryna pay bills! According to TMZ, “McCourt sold the house to a British billionaire last year for $45 million, but we’re told the new owner was hardly in L.A. and it just sat vacant. So, he recently decided to put it on the market for lease … we’re told for around $150k a month.”
Sources say that the power couple signed a one year lease for the 20k square foot home with a garden, waterfall, Olympic sized pool and everything a girl could dream for.
The funny thing is that the new home is in the same neighborhood as the old mansion that Jigga and Bey were booted from.
Now that’s how you s*** on haters!
