Chile, we are going to really need Jesus to fix it after we tell ya’ll what went down at a New Jersey family oriented park this past weekend!!
So check this out, a local DJ decided to rent out Clementon Park & Splash World in Clementon, NJ for what park management thought was for a charity event for Sickle Cell Anemia. Little did management know, the event was planned to turn the family friendly park into the urban version of a Playboy pool party!
Even though the event did say “adults only”, many people were outraged when footage of the “girls gone wild” charity event began hitting social media! We can tell you that there was nothing but azz and boobs everywhere, but then again that would be an understatement! There were even reports of a fight that broke out in the midst of the twerk fest!
The park’s management company has since released a statement via social media to gain a head start on damage control:
One party participant had this to say in response to the negative press:
“The entire park was rented privately, so none of your children would have been subjected to the behavior,” wrote one user in response to several angry parents. “The only way of them knowing would be watching the news or searching the Internet. Now thanks to social media, it’s no longer private. It’s (sic) was a splash party for young adults. Quit placing the blame on Clementon.”
Some are saying the real apology should have came from the people who organized the event while others say that management should have better screening procedure for organizations who want to rent out their property because it poses a health and safety risk.
