<p>Chris Brown is currently in a standoff with the LAPD, and his baby&#8217;s mother, Nia Guzman&#8217;s lawyers are claiming that their daughter Royalty, was in the house during the alleged assault.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.eonline.com/news/791130/chris-brown-s-daughter-royalty-was-with-him-during-alleged-assault-incident-nia-guzman-s-attorney-says">E! News</a> is reporting that Nia&#8217;s lawyer, Carl Anthony Moore, said that Royalty was taken to school earlier this morning, and Nia picked her up to take her to a &#8216;safe place&#8217; after news broke of the alleged assault.</p>
<p>On the other hand, Chris&#8217; attorney Mark Geragos says, &#8220;That is categorically untrue. She [Royalty] wasn&#8217;t and isn&#8217;t here.&#8221;</p>
<p>If you remember, we recently reported that a judge denied Nia full custody of Royalty, and also ordered her to repay Chris the $20,000 he was ordered to pay her for her attorney fees.</p>
<p>According to NBC News, Chris could face up to three years in a California state prison if the LAPD can prove that he was in possession of a gun.</p>
<p>Many believe that Chris Brown&#8217;s accuser Baylee Curran is lying, and or over exaggerating what actually happened in the home.</p>
<p>The police are still at Chris&#8217; house as they speak and search the guests in front of this driveway.</p>
