<p>Nick Cannon&#8217;s model ex-girlfriend <strong>Jessica White</strong> has shared that she recently underwent surgery to change her eye color.</p>

<p>On Friday, December 22, White took to Instagram to share a carousel post with her followers. In the post&#8217;s caption, she explained that she underwent eye surgery on Monday.</p>
<p>Additionally, she stated that her healing is almost complete, and she&#8217;s &#8220;in love&#8221; with her &#8220;outcome.&#8221;</p>
<p>Furthermore, White also shared that she&#8217;s now donning a new eye color.</p>

<p>White explained that she&#8217;d share more information about her procedure after Christmas. Then, the model wrapped her caption up by thanking her team of doctors and explaining that she is &#8220;forever grateful&#8221; for her new &#8220;honey gold&#8221; eyes.</p>

<p>This procedure &#8220;masks&#8221; or permanently changes one&#8217;s eye color.</p>
<p><a href="https://www.verywellhealth.com/how-to-change-your-eye-color-3421867" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Very Well Health</a> reports that risks from the procedure include light sensitivity, bacterial eye infection, and color fading.</p>

In 2017 I changed my eye color to grey in India and they were BEAUTIFUL. However, by year 2 I became extremely sensitive to sunlight and had to wear glasses everywhere I went because lighter eyes don’t have as much melanin as darker toned eyes. So it’s hard to shield from sunlight. FF to today. I had them reversed by year 3 and had to have a corneal transplant on both eyes. Another lady I met over there and did this developed glaucoma so I consider myself lucky that that’s all I had to get my vision back to 20/20. No known cases of going blind but you can really mess your vision up long term. So please be careful.&#8221;</span></div>
