Nick Gordon is fed up with the Brown family painting him like the ultimate douchebag and fears he may not get a fair trial if he’s criminally prosecuted.
According to legal documents Gordon says the Brown family has painted him as a “murderer, a habitual batterer of women, a seducer of young white females, a thief and/or con man fueled by monetary gain, and a chemist capable of making a toxic cocktail.”

Gordon is asking the judge to dismiss the $40 million dollar wrongful death suit the Browns filed against him until the criminal investigation has been completed.
Gordon feels that he has a right to remain silent because a civil case would require him to answer questions that could possibly be used against him if criminal charges are filed.
