It’s been a while since we’ve heard any new music from Nicki Minaj and sis is finally back! Nicki sat down with Beats 1 Radio for an exclusive interview and spilled a lot of TEA.
Nicki said she took a step back from social media because she needed to focus on her album. She said she wanted to make sure she was writing something that was meaningful and wanted to have fun again.
She also spilled some tea that she’ll be releasing a documentary with her album, but the documentary will be an Apple Music exclusive.

She said she felt ambushed by Motorsport because people assumed she was lying about how the track and video came about. They made her the bad guy for not being able to film on the same day as Cardi. She mentioned that since she and Cardi share the same hairstylist (@TokyoStylez), He could verify that he was booked and couldn’t do her hair that day.
Nicki said the only thing that hurt her about Cardi was her interview she did after Motorsport.
Nicki gave props to Cardi for doing her thing, but said that she was hurt by her first interview she did after Motorsport! She also gave props to Kash Doll, Asian Doll & Malibu Mitch!
