<p>It&#8217;s been 13 years since <strong>Nicki Minaj</strong> and <strong>Rihanna</strong> have hopped on a track together. But it looks like that&#8217;s all about to change. And when it happens depends on when Rihanna wraps up her time in the booth.</p>
<p>Nicki Minaj teased the musical tea herself on Wednesday (Dec. 20) in a repost on Instagram. Earlier this week, Rihanna popped out for the launch party of her new Fenty X Puma drop. A circulating video shows <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/rihanna-motherhood-loving-asap-rocky-turn-on-dad-father-rza-forehead/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Rih Rih</a> hitting a lil&#8217; shoulder move to Nicki&#8217;s &#8216;FTCU&#8217; from her recent &#8216;Pink Friday 2&#8217; release.</p>
<p>Minaj reposted the video and teased that their collaboration is sitting in the deluxe chamber. This adds to Nicki&#8217;s other surprise collaborations with 50 Cent, Keyshia Cole, and Monica.</p>

<h3 style="text-align: center;">Nicki Minaj And Rihanna Link-Up Might Be Coming After 13 Years</h3>
<p>As of Thursday, Nicki Minaj and Rihanna&#8217;s &#8216;Fly&#8217; music video on YouTube has over 189 million views. The collaboration debuted on Nicki&#8217;s &#8216;Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded.&#8217;</p>
<p>Nicki Minaj has teased that her alter-ego, Roman, will appear on her deluxe drop. So, perhaps the creative artist might <em>actually </em>be saving the release as an ode to their throwback magic. <em>That part, we&#8217;ll have to wait and see! </em></p>
<p>Meanwhile, Rihanna has not responded to Nicki Minaj&#8217;s collaboration announcement. Over on X, Nicki Minaj seemingly affirmed that the feature is <em>not </em>a jokey joke but an actual song we can expect. She <a href="https://x.com/WriteARapSis/status/1737647614286581950?s=20" target="_blank" rel="noopener">reshared a post</a> from fan account @writearapsis that said:</p>
<p><strong><em>&#8220;When Nicki Minaj drops the RIHNIKA PINK FRIDAY GIRLS COLLAB after Christmas, and we go #1 for 4 WEEKS. Oh Chartnika.&#8221; </em></strong></p>
<p>However, Nicki Minaj did not reveal whether Rihanna will be hopping on one of her 22 new tracks or an entirely new song. One thing about it: the Barbz and Navy are gassed on socials about the upcoming release.</p>
<p>That&#8217;s because it&#8217;ll also mark Rihanna&#8217;s first release since her 2022 &#8216;Lift Me Up&#8217; song for the &#8216;Black Panther: Wakanda Forever&#8217; soundtrack. And it&#8217;s also been <em>years </em>since the release of new music from the &#8220;Umbrella&#8221; star. The news also comes on the heels of reports that Rihanna may be giving fans a <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/fans-react-to-the-possibility-of-rihanna-going-on-tour/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">world tour</a> in 2024.</p>
<p>Another possible treat? Nicki Minaj recently told Barbz on <a href="https://twitter.com/NICKIMINAJ/status/1737604413408330141?s=20" target="_blank" rel="noopener">X</a> that she would collaborate with Taylor Swift &#8220;in a heartbeat.&#8217;</p>
