Earlier today Nicole Murphy and director Antoine Fuqua had social media on fire after photos of them captured by paparazzi showed them locking lips while they were out in Italy.
To the standard eye, the photos seemed normal at first, however, when it was revealed that Antoine Fuqua is actually the husband of actress Lela Rochon and that they have been married for 20 years, things started to hit the fan.
Love B. Scott obtained an exclusive statement from Nicole Murphy where she reportedly spoke out about the photos. According to the site, she said, “Antoine and I are just family friends. I ran into him in Italy and we exchanged a friendly hello and that was it.”
Many people shared their thoughts about the photos that started to circulate. Including actress LisaRaye, she stepped into The Shade Room to comment on the photos and said, “Gurl @nikimurphy you went @iamlelarochon husband too?…smh. So wrong…again!!!”
Since the photos have started to go viral Lela has also deactivated her Instagram account.
