<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">On the heels of her 50th birthday,</span><a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/?s=niecy+nash"> <span style="font-weight: 400;">Niecy Nash</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;"> and Jay Tucker have finally settled their divorce.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">According to The Blast, the two have come to an agreement and sorted out the details of the split. Niecy gets to keep a home, Jay will keep a Ford F-150, and neither will receive spousal support.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">“Per the deal, Niecy is awarded their home in Bell Canyon, California, a 2016 Tesla and keeps her production company, Chocolate Chick. Jay will walk away with a 2011 Ford F-150 and a check for $184,820 for his cut of a real estate sale.”</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The two announced their divorce back in June of 2019 on IG.</span></p>
