<p>A man and a woman were recently caught on video attacking their neighbor during a dispute over a parking spot. According to <a href="https://nypost.com/2023/03/20/video-shows-man-woman-brutally-attack-neighbor-over-nyc-parking-dispute/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">New York Post</a>, the assault took place in broad daylight in Queens, New York on March 17.</p>
<h3 style="text-align: center;">The Pair Attacked Their Neighbor With A Baseball Bat</h3>
<p>According to the outlet, Arturo Cuevas, 30, and Daisy Barrera, 27, were caught on video attacking their 28-year-old neighbor just before 4 p.m. on Friday, March 17. The attack reportedly took place on &#8220;49th Street near 47th Avenue&#8221; in the Sunnyside area of Queens, New York.</p>

<p>According to the outlet, both Cuevas and Barrera had an &#8220;ongoing parking dispute&#8221; with the 28-year-old. When the pair spotted the man on the street on Friday, they reportedly decided to assault him.</p>
<h3 style="text-align: center;">The Brutal Assault On The 28-Year-Old Victim</h3>
<p>In a 10-second video clip, Barrera can be seen striking the man with a bat multiple times, as reported by <a href="https://nypost.com/2023/03/20/video-shows-man-woman-brutally-attack-neighbor-over-nyc-parking-dispute/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">New York Post</a>. To make matters more shocking, the attack occurs in the middle of the street, in broad daylight.</p>
<p>The clip begins with the victim, already seen on the ground, with blood splatter next to him. As the video continues rolling, a man is shown kicking him in the back and in the head.</p>
<p>Then, a woman strikes him in the head with a bat.</p>
<p>An onlooker can be heard screaming as the attack ensues.</p>

<p>The victim is then seen rolling over to his stomach. But instead of the male attacker walking away, he walks back to the victim and strikes him once more in the head.</p>
<p>The male attacker appeared to have an object in his hand.</p>
<p>Additionally, the outlet also reported that the man was stabbed five times &#8220;throughout the body.&#8221;</p>

<h3 style="text-align: center;">The Fate Of The Victim &; His Attackers</h3>
<p>According to <a href="https://nypost.com/2023/03/20/video-shows-man-woman-brutally-attack-neighbor-over-nyc-parking-dispute/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">New York Post</a>, the man, who has not been identified, was taken to Elmhurst Hospital Center. He was listed in &#8220;critical but stable&#8221; condition on Monday, as reported by police.</p>
<p>Cuevas and Barreras have both been arrested and charged with &#8220;assault, reckless endangerment, and criminal possession of a weapon.&#8221;</p>
