<p style="font-weight: 400;">Less than a week after he was tragically gunned down while dining at Roscoe’s Chicken &; Waffles in Los Angeles,<a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/pnb-rock-passes-away-at-30-following-armed-robbery-in-los-angeles/"> PnB Rock</a> has hit a notable musical milestone. According to reports from eagle-eyed fans, PnB Rock has hit the top of the Apple Music charts courtesy of his 2016 hit song ‘Selfish.’</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">Based on recent figures from Chartdata, ‘Selfish’ landed at the <a href="https://www.revolt.tv/article/2022-09-13/191755/pnb-rocks-selfish-tops-no-1-on-apple-musics-top-songs-list/">number one spot</a> on the Apple Music Top Songs chart. Additionally, the track, featured on his 2016 mixtape ‘GTTM: Goin’ Thru The Motions’ has currently accumulated close to 350 million streams on Spotify, easily making it the most popular song by PnB Rock.</p>

<p style="font-weight: 400;" data-reader-unique-id="6"><span data-preserver-spaces="true" data-reader-unique-id="7">As we previously reported, PnB Rock was shot during an armed robbery at a South LA Roscoe’s Chicken &; Waffles on September 12<sup>th</sup>. After further investigation, LAPD authorities and local news affiliate FOX LA confirmed that he passed away from his injuries. </span></p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">An eyewitness at the scene posted a video from inside the restaurant showing a man lying in a pool of blood, who was unidentified at the time. The witness further stated that an armed robbery had occurred and that PnB Rock was shot as a result.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">An officer who responded to the scene of the shooting recalled the incident during an interview, saying “The victim was sitting at a table eating with a female witness when he was approached by the suspect. The suspect then brandished the firearm and demanded his property. We don’t have the audio of what his exact exchange was at the time. The suspect then fired multiple rounds and then appears to remove some property–to what extent, we don’t know.”</p>
