<p>Yesterday it was <em><a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/pooh-shiesty-being-held-without-bond-after-surrendering-to-miami-authorities-in-alleged-connection-to-strip-club-shooting/">reported</a></em> that Pooh Shiesty surrendered himself to authorities after an incident that went down at King of Diamonds in Miami during Memorial weekend. He was booked for an aggravated battery charge after a security guard from the club was shot in the leg</p>
<p>On Wednesday he made his first court appearance for the case, and he was granted a $10,000 bond. However, the judge said he will have to continue to be held until he faces a judge for an earlier case he was already facing, which he was arrested for last December. He is expected to face a judge for his previous case on Thursday.</p>

<p>According to the <em><a href="https://www.miamiherald.com/article251981248.html">Miami Herald</a></em>, Pooh, real name Lontrell Denell Williams Jr, was arrested last December in connection to a shooting that took place at Bay Harbor Islands. He was charged with armed robbery, aggravated battery with a weapon, aggravated assault with a firearm, and petty theft. He has been out on bond in relation to that case.</p>
<p>The warrant for his latest arrest says that security was escorting him outside of the club a little before 4 a.m. after his performance when “an unknown person knocked money” out of his pocket. He reportedly went up on the stage to see who was in possession of his money.</p>
<p>The warrant continued to state that the security saw a gun in Pooh&#8217;s waistband and &#8220;told the defendant to hide the firearm and tried to put his hand on [Williams’] hand to prevent him from taking the firearm out from his waistband.&#8221; As he was being escorted out of the club he reportedly fired one shot that ended up hitting the security guard in the leg.</p>
<p>During Wednesday&#8217;s hearing, Bradford Cohen, one of Pooh&#8217;s attorneys, said, &#8220;It looks to me like an accidental discharge.&#8221;</p>
<p>However, Miami-Dade prosecutor Ruben Scolavino argued that Pooh was “angry because the victim was a security guard who told him to put away his gun.”</p>
<p>More details about his release should be available after he sees the judge for his previous case Thursday morning.</p>
