<p>Roommates, we are still keeping the family and friends of Kim Porter lifted in prayer. It has been a few months since her passing, and the L.A. County Corner’s office has released the official cause of her death.</p>
<p>According to <em><a href="https://www.tmz.com/2019/01/25/kim-porter-cause-of-death-lobar-pneumonia/">TMZ</a></em>, the report reveals that Kim passed from lobar pneumonia, which is an inflammation of an entire lobe of the lungs.</p>
<p>The day before her passing, Kim reportedly had gotten a massage from her goddaughter and watched movies with family members before heading to bed at 11:30pm. The report lists that was the last known time she was alive.</p>
<p>The following day, her goddaughter saw her at 8:30am but thought she was still sleeping, so she left for work. The report continues to state that housemates checked on Kim again around 11:30am, when they found her unresponsive, they called 911.</p>
<p>Two days prior to her passing, Kim called her doctor to say that she didn’t feel well and had no appetite. The report says that a nurse made a house call to give her a saline solution drip infused with vitamins. The day after, Kim complained to her doctor she had a streak of blood in her phlegm.</p>
<p>The toxicology reports say that there were no narcotic drugs or alcohol found in Kim’s system.</p>
<p>Kim’s family and friends laid her to rest in her home state of Georgia.</p>
