<p>With her fourth baby on the way, <strong>Kourtney Kardashian</strong> shared that her husband, <strong>Travis Barker</strong>, went all out with the romance by recently filling their home with an array of red roses — and we <em>love </em>to see it!</p>

<p>The reality star showed off Barker&#8217;s deed through her Instagram Story on Thursday evening (Oct. 17). Her video consists of Kourtney walking through the house and recording how it was totally overtaken by extravagant bouquets.</p>
<p>From the upper story to the staircase, landing, and ground floor, Kourtney Kardashian showed that her <strong>Blink-182</strong> beau came <em>thru</em> with his sweet gesture!</p>
<p>The red bouquets were accompanied by black candles of various heights, creating a mesmerizing scene that&#8217;s sure to leave romantics breathless.</p>

<p>In her emotional upload, Kourtney Kardashian noted, <strong><em>&#8220;I have a whole new understanding and respect for the mamas who have had to fight for their babies while pregnant.&#8221;</em></strong></p>
<p>Meanwhile, Travis hopped on X (formerly known as Twitter) to <a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/Cw3O-rmh5so/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link" target="_blank" rel="noopener">declare</a>, <strong><em>&#8220;God is great. I flew home for a life-threatening surgery for our baby that I&#8217;m so grateful went well.&#8221;</em></strong></p>

<p>While chatting with Vogue, Kourtney said the experience was &#8220;terrifying.&#8221; She also shared, <strong><em>&#8220;That experience opened my eyes to a whole new world of pregnancy that I didn&#8217;t know about.&#8221;</em></strong></p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;I learned that insurance typically only covers two ultrasounds when you’re pregnant, I had no idea. I&#8217;ve always been lucky enough to do more than what insurance covers, and it’s one of those ultrasounds that saved my baby&#8217;s life.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p>Additionally, Kardashian noted that, while she and Barker previously pursued in vitro fertilization (IVF), she felt &#8220;pressured&#8221; into the process.</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;It went against my intuition, and I didn’t feel fully prepared for the mental or physical toll [it] takes.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p>She also revealed the couple ultimately &#8220;got pregnant naturally.&#8221;</p>
