<p>Roomies, <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/?s=joe+biden">Joe Biden</a> has a plan for Black America. The former Vice President and Presidential candidate took to Instagram and announced his plan to better Black America.</p>
<p>&#8220;We need a comprehensive agenda for African Americans,&#8221; Joe Biden wrote. He continued, &#8220;A plan with the ambition to match the scale of the challenge, and one that recognizes that race-neutral polices are not a sufficient response to race-based disparities.&#8221;</p>
<p>Closing the wealth gap, creating health equity for Blacks, access to education, and reducing the number of Black people incarcerated are just a few areas he’s seeking to improve for Black America.</p>
<p>This comes days after facing backlash from Black America because of his comments “You ain’t Black,” when speaking about Black people questioning if they should vote for him or Donnie.</p>
<p>In an interview with Charlamagne, he stated, “If you have a problem figuring out whether you’re for me or Trump, then you ain’t black,” That didn&#8217;t sit well with too many people and he received backlash, which he later then apologized..</p>
<p>According to CBS reporter, Ed O&#8217; Keefe, he stated, &#8220;I should not have been so cavalier. I&#8217;ve never, never, ever taken the African American community for granted.&#8221;</p>
