<p>Roommates, R. Kelly is coming forward with yet another plea for a judge to get him out of the correctional center he now calls home!</p>
<p>According to <a href="https://www.tmz.com/2020/03/26/r-kelly-bid-jail-release-coronavirus/">TMZ</a>, R. Kelly is asking to be released until his trial, in fear that he may become infected with the coronavirus. Kells&#8217; attorney reportedly filed a motion Thursday, listing the many health risks he believes R. Kelly will be facing while he&#8217;s locked up.</p>
<p>Apparently, Kells has many concerns of his own. He claims social-distancing is almost impossible in jail, soap is only available to inmates who can afford to buy it from commissary, and there&#8217;s nearly no hand sanitizer. He claims there&#8217;s only one large bottle, and to add insult to injury, it&#8217;s labeled &#8220;STAFF ONLY&#8221;.</p>

<p>He reportedly says that forcing anybody to remain living under these conditions is &#8220;tantamount to making them drink poison&#8221;.</p>
<p>Kells is asking the judge to release him on bond, and even agrees to wear an electronic monitor. He notes, however, he doesn&#8217;t think the monitor will be necessary because he&#8217;s a low flight risk due to the pandemic keeping everybody inside.</p>
<p>The filing also notes that R. Kelly is requesting to live with his girlfriend Joycelyn Savage, at an apartment complex in Chicago.</p>
<p>This is not Kells&#8217; first plea for release, however. As <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/r-kelly-cites-increasing-health-issues-as-a-reason-to-be-released-from-prison/">we previously reported</a>, he asked a judge to release him from prison due to declines in his health.</p>
