<p>Navigating the world of sex and romance can be tricky for anyone, though big-name stars have to be a bit extra guarded on account of their celebrity status.</p>
<p>However, for the sake of keeping her personal life under wraps, <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/raven-symone-says-she-declined-disneys-offer-to-make-her-character-a-lesbian-in-ravens-home/?_gl=1*byvybz*_up*MQ..*_ga*MTgyMzU1ODQzNy4xNjg1NTQyMDgw*_ga_V2HX8YP3XL*MTY4NTU0MjA3OS4xLjEuMTY4NTU0MjQyNi4wLjAuMA.." target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong>Raven-Symoné</strong></a> says she used to have her partners sign non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) before sealing the deal.</p>

<h3 style="text-align: center;">The Star Says NDAs Are &#8220;Very Impersonal&#8221; But Needed In Hollywood</h3>
<p>The <em>That&#8217;s So Raven </em>actress spoke on the matter during a recent sit-down on <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=149SKR-RXwI" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><em>Howie Mandel Does Stuff</em></a>.</p>
<p>About 47 minutes into her podcast appearance, Raven-Symoné — joined by her wife of nearly three years, <strong>Miranda Pearman-Maday </strong>— proceeded to detail some of the hardships of dating as a celebrity.</p>
<p>She provided an example of how, after Miranda began to dig deep and try to get Raven-Symoné to open up, she was guarded over the prospect of information being leaked.</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;Why do you care? Why? What are you trying to know? Are you going to write a book about me later?&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p>She then revealed that she actually required her partners to sign NDAs, with Miranda signing one about two months into their relationship. In other words, Raven-Symoné plays <em>no</em> games!</p>
<p>Additionally, the star noted that while it feels &#8220;very impersonal,&#8221; it&#8217;s necessary in her line of work.</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;[In] all of my relationships when I started dating, I had to get people to sign NDAs. And it took me a while to wrap my head around it because it&#8217;s just very impersonal, but someone in our position needs to do that.&#8221;</p></blockquote>

<h3 style="text-align: center;">Raven-Symoné Says She Often Had The Paperwork Ready On Her Nightstand: &#8220;I Had Some Good Times!&#8221;</h3>
<p>While on the subject, Howie Mandel asked when exactly Raven-Symoné whips out the NDA, and she admitted, <strong><em>&#8220;Before the naughty times come. No, I&#8217;m serious — like, right before naughty time comes.&#8221;</em></strong></p>
<p>The host then inquired if she had paperwork prepared on her nightstand, to which Raven-Symoné softly replied, &#8220;Yes.&#8221;</p>
<p>Regarding her NDA policy, Raven-Symoné says it&#8217;s just the reality of being a star, and lawyers can have them on deck and ready to go in little-to-no time!</p>
<p>Then, the 37-year-old proclaimed, <strong><em>&#8220;Welcome to being a celebrity in Hollywood nowadays!&#8221;</em></strong></p>
<p>She also mentioned that, between real life and social media buzz, &#8220;the dynamic of having an intimate relationship with somebody&#8221; has undoubtedly changed.</p>
<p>However, no matter what the future holds, Raven-Symoné says she&#8217;s all set because she still has all her old NDAs in a file cabinet.</p>
