<p>Roommates, after months of speculation, the highly-anticipated Verzuz battle between Brandy and Monica finally happened—and it was everything fans hoped for. One of the biggest fans of the evening was Brandy’s brother <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/princess-love-reportedly-files-to-dismiss-divorce-from-ray-j/">Ray J</a>, who was turning up during the entire battle and showed major love to his big sis.</p>
<p>Brandy and Monica literally <a href="https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&;rct=j&;q=&;esrc=s&;source=newssearch&;cd=&;cad=rja&;uact=8&;ved=0ahUKEwjR_qOOhMnrAhXQmVkKHeeKDfIQxfQBCD8wAg&;url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.billboard.com%2Farticles%2Fcolumns%2Fhip-hop%2F9443137%2Fbrandy-monica-verzuz-battle-scorecard&;usg=AOvVaw1iIL3QqO5sksfq0GUSSeEU">broke the Internet</a> earlier this week when they finally teamed up for the Verzuz battle that went down in the history books. Not only did the two R&;B stars play over 25 years of hits from their careers, they also broke a new Instagram record with 1.2 million viewers tuning in to the live broadcast.</p>
<p>However, Brandy’s younger brother Ray J, let it be known just how much he supports his sister, by not only being present at the battle—but also turning up every time Brandy played one of her classics. In one of the clips from the battle, Ray J was seen getting his life to Brandy’s 2002 hit, “Full Moon”…and he didn’t let wearing a mask stop him.</p>
<p>He also made another appearance during the battle when Brandy introduced her 1995 song “Best Friend” by explaining that the song is about her relationship with Ray J and dedicated it to him. He promptly came up and hugged her, resulting in a very sweet moment.</p>

<p>As we previously reported, filmed at Tyler Perry’s Atlanta movie studio, Brandy and Monica sat down side-by-side and queued up their classic hits, as well as new material and a few surprises. Practically every celebrity was in the live broadcast—proving just how big of a moment this was for the culture.</p>
