Oop looks like 50 Cent might have to put his money where his mouth as he loses lawsuit to Lastonia Leviston aka Rick Ross’ baby momma!
The two have been going back and forth since 2010, when Leviston slapped Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson with a civil lawsuit when he aired out her dirty laundry aka her sex tape on the Internet as the ultimate clapback at his then rival, Rick Ross.
She claims that the video, which was made in 2009, was in possession of her ex boo, Maurice Murray.
Murray decided to get real petty after their breakup and instead of giving the tape back to Leviston as promised, he decided that the best person to give the tape to was 50 Cent, the rapper known for putting his rivals on extreme blast!
Well that blast has cost 50 Cent a pretty penny as he is facing a price tag of “$3.5 million in damages for violating her civil rights for using her image and voice without her permission, and $2.5 million for intentional infliction of emotional distress towards her person.” And as if it couldn’t get any worse, word is the price might go up depending on how the courts feel. A jury will be coming to a decision for the cost of damages next week.
The G Unit ringleader tried to defend himself by saying he thought Rick Ross’ ex girl was a “call girl” and then know he needed the permission to post the video.
